In order to avoid any tax or penalty related to your commercial activities during the tax audit process, we offer tax consultancy services regarding your rights and obligations under tax laws, especially the Tax Procedure Law No. 213.
Within the scope of the Income Tax Law No. 193 and the Corporate Tax Law No. 5520, we provide tax consultancy services regarding the legal bookkeeping, financial statements and accounting transactions of your commercial activities, in relation to tax audits before full certification and examination.
We provide tax refund consultancy services on issues requiring technical knowledge regarding legal regulations regarding refund processes pursuant to Income Tax, Corporate Tax, Value Added Tax and other tax laws.
