Personal Data Protection Law

The KVKK services we provide within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and related regulations include the implementation of compliance processes, monitoring of these processes, management of application processes of relevant persons, preparation of defenses before the Board, and monitoring of objections and litigation processes in judicial bodies against sanctions imposed by the Board.

 

We provide guidance services regarding these processes to our clients who have not started their compliance studies. As required by the law on the protection of personal data, we provide services such as auditing the compliance of our clients with whom we have not carried out the compliance process together, conducting risk analyses and evaluating their governance performance, as well as management of the application processes of individuals. In addition, we carry out objection and litigation processes on behalf of individuals and institutions that have been subject to administrative fines or other sanctions by the Personal Data Protection Board.
